Budget less than R 100 000
This project was for some friends who wanted to upgrade their
house in Woodstock, 5 minutes from where I live. We reorganised
the interior, remodelled the fireplace, opened the house up to
the
garden and renovated.

a tiny budget. The melamine kitchen was reused, painted and a
new counter & handles were fitted. The fireplace surround
extended & plastered and double doors fitted into the kitchen
leading out into the garden. Soon after the garden area was upgraded
and a pond built. All in all this was a great exercise in how
to use resources sparingly.
